Men’s Health Week 2025

Recognizing Men’s Health Week:
Prioritizing Mental Wellness for Whole Health

As part of June’s broader Men’s Health Month, Men’s Health Week (June 9–15, 2025) serves as a focused time to spotlight the health challenges men face and promote proactive steps toward better well-being. At Vanguard Research Group, we believe that mental health is just as critical as physical health when it comes to supporting men’s overall wellness.

While public health campaigns often emphasize screenings for heart disease, diabetes, and prostate cancer, mental health concerns among men are frequently underreported—and under-treated. Conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders affect millions of men across the U.S., yet cultural stigma and traditional expectations around masculinity often discourage open discussion or help-seeking behaviors.

During Men’s Health Week, we reaffirm our commitment to advancing clinical research that helps uncover more effective mental health treatments for men. Through real-world studies and diverse participant engagement, Vanguard Research Group aims to better understand how mental health conditions present differently in men and what treatment models lead to lasting, meaningful change.

This week is a powerful reminder for men to take charge of their mental and physical health. Whether that means scheduling a check-up, talking to a mental health professional, joining a support group, or simply checking in with a friend—these small actions can make a big difference.

Let’s use Men’s Health Week 2025 to encourage honest conversations, reduce stigma, and foster a culture where men feel empowered to prioritize their mental wellness. Together, we can build a healthier future for all.
